93/96 exhaust differences

Does anyone know what needs to be done to a 96 exhaust (from the supported brm company on the nico site) to fit on a 93 vert? I havent had the time to put the exhaust up to the chassis and see exactly why it wont fit i've just heard that it wont do. Ive also still got the 96 headers on the engine as my 93 shell didnt come with the headers. Ive been trying to compare pictures of each of the years but their just pics and i cant really tell the difference. thanks
