I was looking at http://www.srswap.com and was wondering if you could put the 250hp Sr into a 93 s13....which i would also someday in my distant future to do a strawberry conversion to :D.

But can it be done?

yes it can be done but it will take some modifications. it would be easier on your wallet though if u just got an s13 or s14 sr20det. there is really not that much difference between the motors. the s15 has a bigger t28 ball bearing turbo but most likely u will be upgrading the turbo. if u plan to keep the stock turbo then the s15 would be the best way. correct me if i am wrong on any of this daunttless.

The S15 will rape your wallet jail bait prison b**** style.

It takes a bit more work to make it fit, but it will fit. The 6speed takes some changes too. The wiring is the most difficult part.

The S14 and S15 have indentical turbos EXCEPT that it has an INCO wheel with a cast divider wall. Other than that, they're the same specs.

You can put a T28 on a S13 too, which is much, much cheaper than buying a S15. : ) For the Price of jsut the S15 motor you can have an entire S13 swap done with upgrades.

Heh, we aim to please. Generally specific questions that haven't been asked yet or aren't general knowledge are the best to pursue, that way you won't get a mean and utterly unhelpful answer from me like "yes it can be done" you'll get the better answers later. That applies to most people on the board. Enjoy your experience here and enjoy your day!
