240sx no vacuum on brake booster port

Hello everybody....First day on here...Really appreciate you guys being here...Thank you...just have a simple question, I have no vacuum at my brake booster port on my intake?? I have nothing there of any kind air, vacuum etc. I have vacuum on other ports but nothing there. The car runs great just will not idle until it warms up. I looked in the metal tube with a mirror and a flash light and could not see anything??? Need good brakes...Please help..
