93 240SX Timing issues

Hi all, I have a '93 S13 Hatch and I can't seem to get it started. I have checked the FSM manual and cannot figure this thing out. I have lined up all timing marks and still not starting. I will occasionally get a sputter but nothing more. I was wondering where the Camshaft positioning sensor should be sitting in relation to the distributor button. I know on the distributor shaft is a timing mark, and I've lined it up too. I even pulled the coil out of my '92 S13 coupe and tried it, but nothing. The car was running before, but would buck severally in 2nd gear. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

I've seen this happen with the fuel lines installed backwards, so double check that. If you have another one, try swapping distributors. maybe yours is bad.
