93 240sx SE w/ Super-Hicas. Upright Question...Help

Hi guys,so i hit a curb and damaged my LCA and Upright (aka knockle). I wanted to know if the Upright is diff. or not on a none super hicas car?!?

My car has Super Hicas (93 SE), and i picked up a non-hicas Upright from the wrecker and they look identical. Only difference is that mine has a ball joint pressed in the HICAS link arm and the non-hicas ine just has a bushing there so u could hook up a non-hicas link.

My question is... Can i just press out my ball joint (since it's $80 for a new one) and have it pressed in the non-hicas upright? Nissan shows the two uprights as different part numbers, but again, to my eyes they look identical.
