'93 240SX, one headlight sporadically comes on when flipped up.

'93 240SX

Has anyone had experience with one of their headlights coming on sporadically when rotating the lights to the up position. To bypass this problem, I have kept the lights in the up position, and the right light never fails to come on. Switching to new lights produced the same results either way. There are several parts I want to inspect, Timer Assembly-Head Lamp, Light Switch Assembly, and the Headlamp Relay. Any recommendations as to where to begin or any other components to look at?

I had the same problem. Turned out to be the column switch.
