93 240sx KYB AGX shocks + Eibach Pro-Kit springs question

i already have the shocks and was wondering what springs i should get the eibach or rs-r down springs and how much to lower it and do i need to buy anything other parts? i have stock rims but i am going to get bigger ones but first i want to fixt the suspension?
