Post

I have a stock 93 Nissan 240sx coupe w/a ka24de.

My car intermittently wont start at times. Its like I hear a click but the motor doesnt turn over. I have lights and radio and the auto seatbelts retract no problem so i figured this is not the battery.

BUT when i get a jumpstart it usually fires right up.

Does this sound like a bad starter to you guys?

Thank you for reading.

If you get a jumpstart and it fires up, it's not your starter...

jumpstart to fire up means your battery is bad.

If your starter is bad, no matter how many batteries or jumper cables you hook up, it won't start.

Check the voltage on your battery and report back.
