93 240sx Clutch Problem

I Have A 1993 240sx SE Fastback, 4cyl, 2.4L, 16 valve, Dual Over Head Cam. I was Driving Last Night and I Tried To Shift From 3rd To 4th And My Clutch Wouldn't Engage. So I Coasted To My Friends House and Checked It Out. The Clutch Would Engage Enough To Start The Car But It Wouldn't Go Into Gear. This Morning I Bled The Clutch Quite A Few Times and Now It Will Go Into Gear But The Clutch Is Pulling So Hard As Soon As You Let Off It The Slightest Lil Bit. I'm Trying To Figure Out What Is Causing This. Any Help Is Greatly Appreciated.
