93 240 wont fire!

alright i got a 93 240 and i rebuilt the motor cuz the rings were bad and i got it all back together and it wont start....it turns over and i have spark but it doesnt fire.i just replaced the fuel pump and i have gas pressure up to the injectors but dont think the injectors are tiggering cuz im not gettinf gas into the pistons. and i dont think i have power to the ECU because was told there is a light on the side of the ecu that blinks so that you can get any codes it might have but that light doesnt light up. so can somebody please help me?
