93 240 misfiring help

So i posted thisbunder the general discussion board but i believe that was the wrong place to do it, so im reposting itbin here. If that is a problem please let me know as i am nee to these forums. Anyways so my 240 has been misfiring the last few days. Just started a few days ago. Its slowly getting worse and i have no clue what it might be. It only misfires at idle. And its started idling at 900 rpms. It misfires mainly when its at operating temperature. When it starts up cold it doesmt misfire pretty much at all. Its also started breathing. It hasn't been breatjing the last few days. It started today. I checked the the spark plugs and they all looked good but the first one. It had a little bit of oil on it. The wires were fine and pretty much brand new. Its a rebuilt engine and i dont see or hear any leaks as of right now. I checked the maf sensor as well but i dont think thats the problem since they would usually not go past 2500 rpms if it was bad. I checked all the injectors and the only one that acts a little funny is the third one. I did notice the myvo2 sensor wiring had started melting to the side of the header/downpipe. So i ziptied that out of the way so it wouldnt touch it anymore. That helped a little bit. The vac lines look good and i dont see or hear any leaks but that doesn't mean there isnt one. The car shakes pretty bad at idle every now and then and it hasn't shutoff or stalled itself but one time. I might be missing a few things that i vhecked and forgot about but im not really sure what it could be. Any thoughts or suggestions on what it might be? Its also a rebuilt ka24 out of a s14 if that might help.

Might seem rather obvious, you might have already done it but try checking the gap on the plugs. I had a friend that was pulling his hair out with the same problem. sure enough ... that was it. GL!
