93 240 FB Speakers

Ok so when I bought the 240 I just transferred my kenwood mp3-cd player into the 240 and took one of my two adire audio shivas along with the old jbl 600.1 and made a new box. Now I'm running with only three speakers in the car (driver-side door cone wasn't even attached so I just took it out). Of those three, three are blown and buzzing to all hell, so I have ultra clean bass that can hit pretty hard, but nothing else ><

I know the factory mounts are 4x6s, but I want to get 5.25" component kappas or something for the front, and non-components for the rear, any input as to how hard the adaptors would be to make, and what you guys think it would sound like? They would probably be amped too by the end of the summer instead of running off my head unit. Let me know!

instead of 5.25... try 6.5

and it's buzzing like hell because you are stock amplifier in place... By that meant, that the speakers, have an amplifier before them, they are expecting low power outputs from the head unit but oh wait, your aftermarket headunit is running 15~20w rpm of power and the stock amplifier can't take it.
