93 240 coupe Power window stopped working

93 240sx coupe passenger side window stopped working. No noise so its not gears(I heard they strip sometimes). Most likely motor?? If so, can you just switch motor or do you have to switch the entire Assembly?

not sure, but in my 91 hatch, the drivers window switch doesn't work, well, not exactly, the previous owner left two wires (tan and blue) and a socket hanging out from under the switch trim, to put the drivers window down, i have to put the wires into the socket one way, and to put them up, i have to put them in the other way.. you might try that to see if its the switch, cheapest part to replace, 10 bucks or so on ebay.

in my old 90 hatch my windows stoped working one day so i took the door panel off the drivers side and switched the little black box (not sure what its called) and they worked then.. hopefuly thatll help you, ha.

Power window relay, happens to earlier s14s, my old s14 started dying,whining noise door panel, think it was starting to go.
