93' 240 $1,990 Sweet deal rights i just need some opinions

yeah there is a 1993 240 for sale like 15 minutes away from my house and i just want to know what yall would give them for it. Its not in the greatest shape its got some body damage and also a lilttle bit of rust but nuthin major just the typical 240 rust right underneath the center light in the back.

I really got a kick out of the add too cause it said 1993 nissan 240sx, 2.4L 5-speed the in the corner in big red letters it said VERY FAST!!!!!!!!!!!! i called on it and it is completely stock lol i just thought that was really funny!!

mileage? Drive it yet? A/C work? check for oil/power steering leaks. report back

its got 120k miles on it it has no leaks and the air does work so im thinkin that this is a hell of a deal. i havent driven it yet but im going to i think this weekend so ill let you know how that goes.

watch out!!!! make sure there is no rust on the body!!! i got a 92 240 for 750 bucks, but there was a little rust, and a little rust turned into alot of rust! i would have rather paid more for a clean one, than having to do all the work i did to fix it...

well its just the typical s13 rust its nothin huge it just a little spot under the center tail light. i have a friend in wisconsin who has had his 240 for 2 years and he bought it with that little bit of rust on it and that is still the only rust on it. and with the winter and all the salt on the roads up there i dont think down hear in south carolina it will rust real bad. Cars down hear tend not to rust at all its weird.

Take it for a test drive, make sure tehres no ticks in the motor. I mean you pay for what you get.

Its not bad for the money, I paid 4000 for my 240sx. No rust, body is perfect, engine is good, I would definately take a test drive and make sure the gears don't grind or anything. Just make sure that the mechanical stuff works wonderfully. B/c you do get what you pay for.
