I have a 1993 Nissan 300zx 2+2...
I went to JEI in Manassas, VA and bought a Japanese VG30dett. I have the old motor out and the new one in place. My problem is in hooking up the wiring harness and the vacuum lines as well as installing the oil cooler, front mounted intercooler, and customizing the cold air intake. I also have a problem with the starter being in the way of the mid-pipe being mounted on. Does anyone have any ideas on how to finish these installations. And if someone would like to come and finish it for me then give me a price and we can talk business. I have all the parts I need (as far as i know) and the car is located in Toms Brook, VA.

I think we need a little more detail on what your issues are. Exactly what issues are you having with the wiring harness, vacuum lines, etc. Did you get the TT wiring harness? The NA one is different. Why are you doing a front mount intercooler instead of the side mount ones? It has been done, just asking tho. Are you trying to use the stock downpipes/midpipes whatever the hell hose 90 degree pieces are? If so just get aftermarket downpipes.

ok... i work on motors. not wiring... that's problem 1. i did buy a TT harness but it only has a few differences and in previous experience of my research it is smarter and easier to use the stock n/a harness and wire in a manual boost controller. a few wire extensions for it to extend and there ya go... a few pieces do need to be swapped from the TT harness to the n/a harness for it all do connect but its pretty much cut and connect. My biggest problem is that i paid for some1 to do the work and they unhooked everything and took it all out and put the new motor in... and then they stopped and haven't done any more. So that's why I'm inquiring help. I am looking for someone who has knowledge of this type of project or knows how to do the job can help. and yes... i have bought EVERYTHING to do the job. its all aftermarket and its all upgraded from engine to exhaust. and its all specifically bought for a 2+2 TT swap. i hope that answers your questions. if not we can try again. thanks.
