1992 Q45 192,000 miles, chainguides replaced at 150,000 miles alone with fuel pump and pfcu. The only mod is a 1994 TCU .I have a ecu code of 34. The car will hesitate from about 1500rpms until it reach the cruise speed that you want. No matter what that speed is. I have cleaned the MAF and check all connectors. Wil the KS cause the hesitation? Thanks Jeff

Not likely, but have you cleaned TB, IAC and EGR valves, intake plenum? New filters? BG44K?

Must have a maintenance history to even guess.

ECU in fail safe [regular fuel safety mode] FROM KS failure can often create weird acceleration problems especially when coupled with less than ideal other components.

One always repairs the obvious codes, first then trouble shoot from there.
