92 Vert, what is it worth?

hey guys. i just needed some help deciding how much this car is worth.this is the list of the stuff i need to get the car running pretty good. So i will decide to give Molsin(my mechanic)20% of the money i have to spend on this car to get it running.That seems fair since the car has been sittin there for like 7+ years. This is the list of items i will need to get the car running good, w/o mods.Btw, this is all w/e installation! 1- Brake kit-$580 2- Radiator-$3503- Fan-$2404- Water Pump-$405- Radiator Hoses-$1306- Driveshaft-$4507- Spark PLugs-$50 8- Sensors-$2309- Fuel Injectors-$45010- Fuel Pump-$11011- Fuel Pressure Regulator-$12012- Bushing Front and Back-$35013- Control Arms-$12014- Full Suspension-$90015- Engine-Anywhere from $1200-$1700.The total price for the replacement part are...$5820! That is a lot! But since i really want this car, I am gonna still get it. I am not fixing all of this stuff all at one time, that is why I want to get it early. If Molsin gets 20% of the car after it is fixed, then he gets $1164. So I will show him this page and prove to him that this car is not worth more than $1200. I will ask him for a price first, and if he is asking too much, I will show him this page. But I was wondering if you guys would do this if you wanted this car really bad? Here is the car



Needs to get cleaned deff. need a new one, how much to fix this?this is the only body damage

If the car has no engine and you have to replace all that stuff which is going to cost you around $6000. Then the car is worth $1200 because with all the dust and missing parts and dents, and back plastic convertible window that needs to be repaired, then you should get it for $1200. Hopefully you get the car!

If you are just trying to put it back to stock, your estimates of parts are way high.

Example, KA24DE should not be more than $500 and new rad = $100 or so.

you can get alot of your parts you listed for ALOT less money, hit your local junk yards, and our classifieds section more often, there always lots of parts going cheap.

1. First off - am I reading this right: Those prices are for parts + installation, right? Even so...they seem kinda high. Who the hell charges $50 bucks to install plugs?

2. As is...judging from all the **** that needs replacement..that car isn't even worth 1k. You got to be kidding me - I bought my vert, in much better condition than that in NJ for $1300.

3. Dude - you can buy my SR20DET vert for $8k. Come pick it up and it's yours.

Well...I'm not "selling" it per se....but I say those kind of things with all my cars.

If I can flip my vert for 8k (which is VERY VERY CHEAP CONSIDERING THE WORK PUT INTO IT + Parts...etc) then yeah...I would sell it.
