hey guys

i was just wondering if a 92 5spd transmission could go onto a 97 or 98 ka and visa versa. i know it may be a dumbe question but i may be doing this in the near future and i figured its better to ask you guys a dumb question than to find out for myself while im under the car.

wow.

dont tell him yes!

S14 trannys have the crank angle sensor in the transmission case. S13s do not. you can not run the car without the CAS

s14 trannys go into s13s, but not vice versa

Edit: ****, i just seen it only applies to the KA. yeah hes right it can go on to the motor, just not the car. sorry for wasting anyones time
