Just wondering what the best way is to make sure my engine is in good running shape and has good preventative maintenece done. I was thinking of flushing the radiator, throttlebody, trani and decarb the pistons. I am also doing the oil and valve seals. What else should I do?

i know i good way...rebuild...ahahha.. but interior cleaning would be nice

You could just give it a full tune up, all new fluids and a good cleaning with something like seafoam. Thats really all I can think of.
