I have a '92 Nissan Sentra with 53,000 miles on it. I've owned this car for a year and never even heard it sputter. I left town last weekend for a couple days and when I got up to go to school monday morning it would not start. It turns over and almost acts like it wants to fire but wont start. I pulled a plug and it was wet and had spark. I pulled the distributer cap and the terminals were a little corroded so I went ahead and replaced my plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I turned the engine over with the cap off and the rotor is turning. I also changed the air filter because it was looking pretty dirty. After all the new parts installed it still does the same thing. Still has spark and the plugs still look wet. Is this a timing issue or am I overlooking something.

thanks

A. The fuel pump is crapping out on you. Which was a recall back in the day, because I had mine replaced. B. It is flooded out, trying cranking over the engine and hold the gas pedal to the floor the entire time.
