I can pick up a 92 se vert for 600 bucks. My question is should I do it because it needs an engine and some tlc. One more thing it has a clean title and the body is in real good shape no rust. I allready have a 93 se hb with silva conversion so I was just wanting some feedback.

for $600, replacing/rebuilding the engine's no biggie.

what type of tlc does it need?

knowing a vert, the interior probably has a few places that need fixing/replacing

600 is a steal, go for it.

nof03, where is this vert? Is it in Cincinnati?

If it needs an engine, its not worth it. I'd forget about it. Nothing but trouble. And good luck trying to find an engine for it around here. Whatever you do, DO NOT drive up Rt. 4 just north of I-275, very close to where I work, and DONT look for a shop called "Zerolift". They cant help you. Ignore them.

Now then, if you DO want it, why dont you tell me where it is, and I'll go guard it so that no one else gets it until you get there. I'll keep it safe and sound. Honest, you can trust me.

(Seriously, if its local, and you end up not wanting it, let me know.)

First I'm not using my hatch as a parts car. Second Zerolift isn't as bad as everyone says. Thrid if I don't buy it I know some one that will. I was just looking for some insight. The rebuild doesn't bother me did it to my h/b.

My post was all sarcasm. I wanted the car.

(BTW, I have only heard good things about Zerolift from local people, but I've never dealt with them personally.)

Now then, if you decide not to get it, or the other person backs out.......
