Hi. I normally don't ask for help... but uhh Please Help! If anyone has any idea of what this could be or if it had happened before and was solved. (most similar issues i've been finding on here have not been fixed or updated)

Car is very hard to start.
In order to turn over, i have to pump the gas pedal a few times while cranking.
Once started, i have to keep the idle above 2K rpms at about 50% throttle to prevent it from stalling. Also there are clouds of unburned fuel mist coming out of the tail pipe. As soon as i left off the throttle, engine dies instantly.
Gas in the crankcase. (I'm assuming from the cylinders being flooded and seeping past the rings.)

Codes:
12: Mass Air Flow Meter Sensor
21: Ignition signal in the primary circuit is not being entered to the ECU during cranking or tuning
34: Detonation (Knock) Sensor

This all started by a misfire caused from a faulty #2 injector, at which everything else on the car appeared to be OK and in running order.

I've replaced:
- Injector #2
- Dizzy cap
- Dizzy rotor
- All spark plugs
- Fuel Pressure Regulator

What else could it be?

Does the S13 use side feed injectors like most Nissan products of that era? If so, I'm going to guess the lower o-ring got pinched when you replaced #2. It's important to lubricate the inside of the rail and the o-ring with a smear of engine oil during installation to prevent damage to that o-ring.

I would avoid starting the car anymore until you check this... hydrolocking is bad!

Check your fuel pressure regulator, and also check for injectors staying open. Put the tip of a long screwdriver on each injector body, and have a friend turn the key to on they should click open and closed I believe.

Indeed. I'm gonna pull all the injectors out today and replace any O-rings that may be damaged. But the thing that gets me is that all the cylinders are flooding...

If i can't get this solved today, I have to take it in and get a rental car for work :(

Depending on the design of the intake, it could be filling up and going to the other cylinders that way. If that's the case, you're amazingly lucky not to have hydrolocked or bent a rod already!

Hey thanks everybody! Car is fixed! It ended up being the coolant temperature sensor! So if anyone find this thread in search, that's what it was!
