92 s13 240SX power wire/plugs/connectors?

Just finished up my LS1 swap in my 92 s13 hatchback and I am in need of some help please! I sent off all the wires and connectors with the harness to get wired up and I am missing a few plugs when it came back and I don't want to wait for it to drive the car (that and im going to relocate the battery in the trunk anyways). Best example is on the NICO's tutorial (the red connector with the neon green plug and black plug inside it):



and there is a black connector 2 plugs tall yet SINGLE SPADE (wide male at the bottom) connector that looks like a power wire too. Is there anything magical about that red connector that hooks the neon green and black connector together lol? Or can I just cut all those wires and wire them to the positive battery/hot? Thanks for the help!

My biggest issue I am just trying to confirm is that by going by this diagram:



Black/red (main power wire) and Black/yellow (other black connector) are easy powers to the box. The green plug is NOT WHT colored wiring. So I am just trying to make sure I am not missing anything else and if they just go to power, then thats easy.
