92 rear hatch window removal? can anybody help

I have a 92 nissan 240 hatchback that i need to remove the back window on without breaking it can anybody guide me into how this is done it seems to have a gasket but its not a too soft compound thanks

you have to have this metal string. Use it like you're flossing your teeth to take out the silicone.
