92 Q45T lower control arm problem

Hey,
Has anyone changed just the lower control arm ball joints ?
I hear that the ball joints from a Z32 lower control arm is replaceable.

The ball joints for the lower control arm are the same as the Z32 but you need to use the Z32 seat as well... I have not done this, but others have... I would imagine if you are doing this yourself it might be worth it, but i hear the ball joints and the ball joint seats are sometimes a PITA to remove properly, might be easier to replace the whole control arm.
