92 Q45 spark plugs?

I am looking to replace the spark plugs in my 92 Q45. I see the book shows 3 different plugs for the car PFR5B-11, PFR6B-11, and PFR7B-11. It seems the PFR5B-11 is the OEM plug. Well i found NGK PFR5G-11 is there much of a difference in the PFR5G-11, over the PFR5B-11 cause i can get the PFR5G-11's cheaper on ebay.

Either the PFR5B-11 or the PFR5G-11 will be fine:

But ONLY use NKG - no other brand - there's been trouble.
