Time to inherit the folks '92 Q. Only 50k on the clock. She lived in their So Cal garage since she was born. 100% hwy miles. Infinty has done 100% of the maintenance.

I don't think the guides have ever been done. I will check the maintenance records.

Any one know of a good shop in So Cal to get this done? I will would take her to the dealer, but I am sure that would drop some serious $. I will pay the $ to have it done right, but if there is a better shop that will do it for less...

I have been reading through all your threads... thank you dedicated members for all the info. I am sure, I will be spending $ with some of you (tower brace, chip, etc.).

Thanks!

Sounds like a real gem of a Q... we need pictures!

Ditto on what Brian said about using Jerry Tucker... I would take care of that before taking it home to MN.

Welcome to NICO!

Thanks much for the Jerry Tucker info!I talked with them and they can do the job. They said it has been a couple of years since they have done one.Should be able to get it done in 10 hrs.

They told me to order the parts from Scottsdale Infiniti.I see the parts list on Tech Pages. Don't think I need to do the cam timing? If I order the pats listed as YES... will I be ok?

Get the Oil pump chain (tensioner?) and front seal also.

No offense, but I hope you keep it off the MN roads when it is a salt bath.

Those two parts must be missing from the Tech Page list? I will add them to my list.

NO SALT! and NO offense. I have heated storage for this baby. Summer use only.

Thanks!
