My amber window that says OK and miles driven keeps going on and off
One time it's active, next time it doesn;t come on.

If I flip the mileage reset button, sometimes it will come on.

Is there a fuse for this window only? Been unable to find it, or
maybe someone's had a similiar problem? Thanks

There is 2 miniature incandescent bulbs behind the screen that light the messages- dash must be disassembled to replace them- in my opinion, it is not worth taking dash apart UNLESS you purchase EVERY little bulb behind there that light up all gauges/clock/etc and replace ALL of them as one procedure- otherwise you are going to be repeating the labor over and over as each bulb burns out.

I did notice that only one side was lit...so the bulb just comes on when it wants to and is
on the way out. No, to me not even worth taking dash apart...all other lights 100%. It's not a show car, just a good driver with low (115K) miles, I appreciate your reply!

Chances are pretty darned good that those are the only two lights that will ever go out in the speedo cluster. There's been occasional bulb failure but most of the time it's sellers removing bulbs trying to hide lit up warning lights/needed repairs.

You're looking at a couple of hour job start to finish and the bulbs can be purchased at Radio Shack for $2/pair. Look at the body section of the 94 FSM and read up a little using the SEARCH here on NICO and you'll be a lot more confident taking it apart.
