92 Q wont start

One day I went to go start my car and it would not start the radio and lights came on but no start it didn't even sound like it was trying to start mater of fact it diddn't make any sounds at all. the battery was fine the fuses were fine. A friend of mine just had the same problem with his acura and the mechanic said it was a problem with his anti theft device. I'm low on funds right now what Should I do next.:help

Beat on [tap] the Blue starter relay to the left of the ABS while some one tries to start it. Common problem and they should be replaced every 6 years 10,000 cranks].
