92 Q transmission problem

We have a transmission running in 3rd. we have changed the solenoid assy, lock and control,and connector. the pressure is OK and all the gaskets and "O" rings are new. it does not seem to be getting a signal to shift. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like the TCM (transmission control module)

thanks, I am new to the site so how do I get to Q section. I think I tried and maybe it is there.... both the dealer and my trusted local trans guy are as lost as I am....
