I was wondering if anyone knows what could cause this.. You can't even manually PUSH the locks to the locked position in the car.

Could it have anything to do with the stock alarm system? It has a clifford in it that I don't think has worked in a long time..

ANY help would be appreciated, my car has been broke into twice now because of this...

does it try to fight with you when you're trying to lock it assuming you have power locks

There was no factory alarm option for S13s. It's either dealer installed or an early owner put it in.

If the system had a secondary latch actuator, it's possible it's failed and keeping the locks open as a defualt. Beyond that, unless both locks had their bars pop out of the tracks, there's nothing that should prevent the locks from operating like normal

I bought the car and it didn't come with an automatic door unlocker..In the inside it has manual doorlocks, when you try and press them to the locked position they WONT bulge..Even if you try with a key on the outside they won't.. Thats why I thought maybe it has something to do with the alarm.
