92 Maxima Idle drop/jump + shudder coming to stop?????????

Any help would be great on this. I have a 92 GXE vg30e that has an issue ive been trying to track down. When coming to a stop the idle drops and jumps up again and then drops down to about 400-500rpm and shudders, then then returns to around 600-700. Ive also noticed when turning the steering (while @ idle), or holding the power window switch @ the top or bottom of the track it affects the rpm by about 100rpm and causes the shudder as well (although no idle jump occurs).

Since Ive brought the car out of storage last year Ive replaced the following: distributor + cap/rotor, plugs, o2, cat and alternator. Ive adjusted the timing to 15, tested the iacv/egr,set the base idle via ecm procedure, tested the battery and alternator, and had a meter on the battery when the drop occurs and the only drop in voltage is about .2-.8v.

Ive read it could be related to the iacv but I switched a known good one and it had no effect, I thought it may be a bad ground or electrical connec. but I took all the connections apart in the bay and cleaned/greased them. Im at a loss, if I cant figure it out I gonna have to go to the dealer
