92 max looking into buying a tilton diff pump for return oil

i have a 92 max VE30DE that i turboed ran into one problem my oil return has an upwrad slope, so i need a pump to return the oil to the pan so i was woundering if anyone out there has used a tilton diff pump and if so how reliable are they
