92 max erratic idle and surging at 1500 rpm

1992 maxima se idle goes up and down more so in park and neutral. also when deceleratihg engine surges 2 or 3 times at 1500 rpms. i have new fuel injectors, fuel filter, tps ok, maf ok, also new plugs, and 02 sensor. bench tested iacv, checks ok, runs great otherwise, with lots of power. also compression good and vacuum good. help me!!!!

Is it an SE or a GXE? If it's an SE, check your ignition coils. If it's a GXE, check your distributor, particularly look for cracks in the cap.
