when coming to a stop sign or a red light, basically every time i come to a stop. RPMS drops to 500 when i puch the clutch in, then back to normal idle @ 1K. It does this every time and i don't know what is wrong. My thought is it may be the TPS that might need to be replaced. Any input on this is greatly apreciated.

It seem that my engine has a dip in her power band at low RPMS and will come alive when it is aorund 3K 3.5K RPMS. Does anyone know what is causing this and a way to fix this power dip?

your iacv(idle air control valve) is bad or going bad. fluctating idle is common symptom, and is sometimes fixed by cleaning the plug connection. otherwise replace it.
