92 KADE automatic. makes strange humming like noise.

this just recently started happening out of no where, it sounds like to me it is comming from either the drive train or the transmission, its not a knocking or ticking, it olny happens when im letting off the gas and slowing down, not caused by breaks. i tried putting it in neutral to see if it did it in neutral as well and it still makes the noise. zer...d=130#

is it constant? Or in higher RPM's?try driving with overdrive on while at higher rpms50+mph at about 3k rpm is when i do it and it goes away.I know it has something to do with the transmission idk if its going bad or if its the fluids.Do you know when your trans fluid was last changed?

i dont know when the fluids were last changed, ill start with that and see if it works. its defiantly at higher rpms but still even in lower gears. it still happens even if its in o/d.
