92 KA24DE Timing

I am replacing my timing chain on my Nissan 240 SX 1992 Dual Cam / Double Chain on the Cam (KA24DE) and having problem setting the timing marks with the crankcase and the camshaft. NEED HELP PLEASE.

I just try to start the engine but nothing.
