hey guys im lookin to turbo my ka24de and wondering if i need a new ecu or can i use the current ecu

You can get your ECU chipped to handle larger injectors and a 300zx maf. That is the most popular, and easiest way of doing it at this point.

how about the turbo the ecu doesnt manage the turbo

No, the ecu does not manage the turbo. A wastegate, and if you have one, boost controller manages the turbo.
