92 j30?? thought they started in 93?

was messing with the j the other day and noticed that the vin sticker inside the drivers door says " 11/92 "
yet my title says 93 is this a typo on the title or is just considered a 93 because it was made after a certain month in 92 ??

93 is the model year and 11/92 is the month of production. Cars usually start production around June of the previous year for the next model year (some even earlier than that, Nissan for instance started making 95 model year cars in April 1994).
