So it's been a few weeks since my car has run right and I'm trying to figure out what the hell happened, maybe someone here can point me in the right direction..

I parked the car one night, when I parked it the thing was running fine and had no warning of anything being wrong.. It sat for a day or so since I was off and had nowhere to go, I go to leave for work and it has a dead batter which isn't right since the battery in it is only 3 months old and has never given me a problem. So I jump the car and it cranks, when it finally cranks I hear clicking coming from the fuse panel under the hood as well as the wiring above the fuel rail. I figure out that it's the EGI relay clicking so I replace that and the clicking on the fuel rail seems to disappear, problem is the engine still runs like s*** as if it's only firing on 3 cylinders.

So, ran fine when parked two days later it comes down with some serious issues.. used a timing light to check the plug wires and they are sending signal, the plugs look to be fine but there is a slight gas odor on the 3rd plug from the front of the car. I've cranked the car up at night and haven't seen any stray sparks. I've replaced the fuel filter since I had a small leak from the bottom side of that and replaced the plugs with NGK Platinums but that didn't make a difference so anyone with any advice on where I should look next would be appreciated.
