92 G20 brake problem

Car: Infiniti G20 1992 and 1995

I am experiencing a problem with the right front brake. I am thinking it might be the ABS. When applying the brakes just when the car is about to stop, the front brake sounds like a massive rubber band releasing. Occasionally the ABS light will appear. Can someone explain? Thanks

You could try unplugging the ABS solenoid and see if it goes away. You may see the ABS light come on but everything should work manually. YOu may have a sensor that is very dirty or completey failed. Might even be a computer problem.
