92 G20 blows fuses

Our 92 G20 recently quit running. while driving home the brake light came on along with the ABS light. We were a few blocks from home so nursed it there. We shut the engine off. It would not restart. In checking we found the engine control fuse to be blown. We replaced it, and it started right up. After shutting it off, it blew again. What am I missing? _Please help.
