92' g-four kit troubles help??

ok i am new to the site so forgive my stupedness. i have 2 240s.. 89 and 92 i ordered the g-four full kit for my 89 and just recently found a 92 for 500$ woot leather interior. anyways i am trying to get the front bumper on the car and it doesnt look like it will fit. has anyone installed a g-four or any other kit that can help me out. do i need to shave any of the lips on the inside of the bumper so it doesnt hit the metal bumper??? thank you in advance for any help.

try to manipulate the bumper around what it hits, if no go, cut that thing a little at a time till it goes past what you hit.
