Alright the other day I'm pulling off the highway and I come to a stop, I shift into first and start going and the car starts bogging/hesitating extremely bad. I shift into second and it's fine for a few hundred RPM's and does it again, same with 3rd. I pull into a parking lot and turn the car off to check everything out under the hood, can't seem to see anything that's out of place or the like. Hop in the car and turn it back on to see how it is and it's fine. I drive home (about 2 miles) without issue. 45 mins later I hop in the car to head over to my buddies house, about a mile down the road the issue starts again, within another mile the car will not move. Any attempt to press the gas and the car wants to die. It feels as if the car is drowning itself in gas yet I cannot smell gas. After about 40 mins of letting the car sit I was able to get it started and driving again trying to limp it home. I got about a quarter mile down the road before it happened again and I just waited for AAA to get there.Came home and checked to see what codes the ECU was throwing, bad O2 sensor, and bad speed sensor. Replaced the O2 sensor, problem still persisted. Went out, replaced the cap, rotor and wires, the plugs were fine and even the wires were as they were pretty much brand new. The clutch (and master/slave cylinder) and flywheel were recently replaced (about 650 miles ago). Now when I start the car up the engine shakes so much it looks like it's going to jump out of the bay, it'll idle for about 5 to 10 seconds and then just die, any attempt to press the gas and the car boggs out and dies.

CLIFF NOTES: Car hesitated bad while pulling off high way, pulled into parking lot, shut the car off checked for anything wrong, turned it back on and it was fine. Car was off for 45 mins while at home, and problems acted up again down the road. Pulled bad O2 sensor and speed sensor from the ECU. Replaced O2 sensor problem persisted, replaced cap, rotor, and wires and problem still persisted. Engine shakes horribly. Idles for about 5 to 10 seconds and dies out, any attempt to press the gas and the car dies.

What do you guys think it could be? I have a MAF and ECU coming later today to try and switch those out. Any other suggestions?

Couple of things to check for.Make shure that all coolant is in your radiator, if not there could be coolant in your oil pan causing hydrostatic lock. Your timing chain could be worn and eatin' a hole in your front cover allow water coolant to pass through the oil.If thats not the case then you would want to check your fuel pump, you may not be getting fuel to the engine. If not that, then check your maf.Check all of the electrical system, that means spark plug wires, distributor cap, and spark plugs. Also check all of your ground wires to the chassis one may not be grounding out or maybe more. Also check all relays. Also run an ecu diagnostic it may just be a faulty sensor.
