Hello all, been reading the forum here for a while, but this is my first post. I recently purchased an '01 Frontier to replace my beloved '92 Hardbody which unfortunately took its last ride about two months ago.

The '92 had a sliding rear window in it, whereas the '01 has a regular old single pane window. I was curious as to whether or not it might be possible/worth it to swap the two rear windows. They measure out the same and look as though a swap might be possible, but it's hard to tell for sure.

It's not a necessity that I have the sliding rear window, however, if it could be done relatively inexpensively, it would be a nice feature to have.

Thanks.

There is some parts interchangeability between the two models - tailgates, for instance. I wouldn't be surprised if the rear windows would swap over, but I can't tell you for sure.

call a glass place and ask them if the parts are interchangeable. Aftermarket glass place, unlike nissan, if they are the same will most likely have the same part number, plus they will probably have specs on sizing.
