simply are they the same. I have found abunch of hatch-back 240's with good and aftermarket headers on them but i have a 95 motor in my car and it is very rare that you see a 95 and up 240 in a junk yard or in the back of someones house. I am just look'in for parts.....

They are generally the same but the only difference is the EGR tube on the header does not line up with the 1995 engine EGR tube. You can easily get a shop to fabricate it for you to make it fit. After that everything is a direct fit. Trust me, that is exactly what I did with my 1992 Pacesetter headers onto my 1995 240.

You will no longer have a Cat on a 95 with a full-length header. The cat is just below the manifold. But it's not hard to put an aftermarket cat under the car in place of the "fake cat".

look around a little. . . OBX makes one, and I think Greddy makes one. I used to get pissed off b/c every aftermarket part for the 240 was for 95-98, and nothing for the S13, so I know that they got stuff for the S14.
