First of all I got an aftermarket keyless entry remote start and alarm package, where could I get a wiring harness diagram for my q? Also, I am having an idling problem, It fluctuates between 500 and 1200, I replaced the maf and it is still acting up.. So now would be a good time to buy a reprogramed nico ecu. Where could I find one?

FIRST!.................have your 92 returned to correct operating condition by a qualified trained certified Infiniti Technican. There are at least a 150 in the US qualified.

Don't for a moment think I'm kidding about the limited numbers of those QUALIFIED to work on a 90-93 Q.

Eh? Come again?

How will an ECU correct improper adjustment or out of specification engine condition?

If you decide on the Nico ECU upgrade, I have an ECU (plain) from a 92' which I can ship to Robert to have programmed for you. Let me know if interested.

Okay, idling is taken care of.. The maf wire was slightly skewed.. I still want an ecu upgrade though. I will attempt the remote start and keyless this weekend. I already tagged the wires so hopefully it will work.. How much for the ecu?

My alarm install info is on q45.org, the link is above. Let me know if you need any specific information. I have one on my '94 but some of the wiring may be slightly different on your '92. My alarm guides should give you enough to get the job done. There are some additional options that can be added. I wired the fuel door on mine to one of the output channels.

How do you find out if one is qualified to work on one. I know going to the dealer is not a sure thing.

Nissan requires that every dealership has at least one MASTER Tech to open a dealership however they can run this guy off and not tell Nissan. As to see the training certificates or become an expert by reading everything here over the past few years.

As questions about engine chain guides or other esoteric items.
