92 240sx won't start

Here's situation, my radiator blow out and I replaced it with a new one. I ran the car around the corner and came back home. About 30mins later I tried to go to the store and the car won't start. It sounds like it was trying to start but couldn't. Wutever is wrong with my car, it's draining my battery. I was told the problem is my alternator... I looked under the hood again and found some wires cut that go to the engine harness and I think this is the problem. Here's some pics...

check your fuse box for your alternator fuse to see if its blown. My 240 is doing the same thing it cranks but it just wont roll over

do you have a volt meter? if so hook it up and start pulling fuses.
