92 240sx Won't start after being garaged over winter - help!

1992 240sx hatchback (chuki) with I believe is a KA24DE.

Ill try to keep this simple and straight forward, giving as much detail as possible to help troubleshoot this vehicle. I know next to nothing about cars but im just starting to learn as of this week.

Last summer it had a few repairs done to it. New clutch and new battery plus a few small costemtic fixes. Only has been driven once since the repairs then was left over winter in the garage. Now it wont start. Heres what I found:

NO power to anything when key is turned. SO I thought the cold must have drained the battery.....so we tried to push start..nothing.

This is where it gets weird. I have battery charger that we hooked up to the battery. When attempting to start the car with the charger attached, the interior lights turn ON but I get a loud CLICK CLICK CLICK etc when holding down the key..

What's also weird is, the charger has a green light that indicates that the battery is fully charged...and according to it, the battery IS FULLY CHARGED.I let it sit charging for about 20 mintues and tried again...same deal.

Two different people that witnessed the troubleshooting had different opinions about this. One said its the starter and it might be jammed. The other said hes 100% sure its the wiring for the battery.

Faulty battery, try and boost it with another car, betcha it starts right up
