I am a little new to the drift scene and want someone inform me on this. I have the stock differential on a hatchback 1992 240sx. I was wondering if I bought a VLSD, do both back tires spin? Or am I wasting my money and time?

Thanks, Cody.

Yes, both wheels share power basically equally. That is the point of limited slip differentials - they limit the slip of both wheels.

alright thanks.

I have been reading around on the timing chain tick also and have herd of removing the timing chain guide and adding heavier oil weight. What is the best solution to getting rid of this?

Unless your chain is stretched, your tensioners are just completely stuck, or you have badly worn or broken guides, this: zerothread?id=105618 should fix your rattle.
